Geek Squad Business Hours

Geek Squad is the technical support division of Best Buy. You can locate the Geek Squad at the majority of the stores. If you need to reach the customer service department [+] in order to discuss products or services, you can reach out by phone, email, traditional mail or through social media.

Geek Squad Regular Business Hours

  • Weekdays: Customers can contact the customer service department Monday through Friday 10am to 9pm. The hours of operation change if a holiday falls on a weekday.
  • Weekends: In the event you need to reach the customer service department on the weekend, you will need to call between the hours of 10am to 9pm on Saturday. On Sunday, you will need to contact a live agent between 11am and 6pm, local time.

The customer service department will reply to your concerns within five (5) business days.
  • Social Media: One of the fastest ways to reach the customer service department is to reach out through social media. After posting a message, the customer service department will attempt to reply within 24 hours.
