I had a callback today Monday February 26 2018 between 12noon and 12:15pm. I received the callback with a recording that customer service is closed and to call back tomorrow February 27 2018

Yesterday, I called them to get a new direct tv and they told me that the man will be here by 2pm-5pm and never showed up or neither calling us to let us know that he’s at my door.We’re still waiting.
Horrible customer service on September 17, 202020 waiting on a technician. I was told there will be somebody at my home 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 pm then the time changed to 8:00 pm
. Thus far nobody has came and I am still waiting on hold since 7:30 pm on September 17th. This far there is only a recording. Poor service I will be dropping them on the next business day. Pathetic, poor customer service. No good customer service communication
It’s 9:04am EST, called Direct TV customer service, reply is they are currently closed. How can I resolve an issue if I cannot contact any one. Currently I am not receiving they programs I am paying for. My international language channels are all blank
