I am actually very disappointed in the service. I have been ordering from Haband for sometime. However, today I had occasion to call about the status of my order only to find out that the customer service center is located in the Phillippines. No wonder the telephone connection was so bad. Anyway, to date I have not received my order that was placed May 27, 2016 shipping guidelines state
standard shipping 6-8 business days
dh1@home – 4-6 business days
Federal express – 2 business days (to most areas)
Supposedly the first part of my order 8423063 was shipped on Friday, June 3, 2016, today is Thursday, June 9, 2016 and I was told that there is no way my order can be tracked. What will happen to it and the other order that was shipped out on Tuesday, June 7, 2016.

Haband service is BEYOND HORRIBLE. Ever since outsourcing to the Philippines. ….need I say more? Let’s take back our power: inundate them with our complaints, write to corporate headquarters, find another company! !
