What time does the customer service counter in stores open?I went in service counter at the main st location in oceanway of Jax. Florida. this morning to use western union and the employee who was standing behind the customer not doing anything , so I assumed she was able to help me but was very rude and I did not understand what she was saying because she was so breif she spoke to me as if i wasnt a person and it mad me angry to the
point i had to yell at her. She stated ” we do not
open until 9.” And I asked her,”western union doesnt open until 9:00am or are you saying this store?” And she became very aggitated and became very rude and I told her ahe was being rude and she disagreed and I said,”Just
because I didn tunderstand what you were saying doesnt mean you have to be rude.” And she insisted it was my fault that I didnt understand her so thats when I lost my temper and started yelling at her as I walked out of the
store to my car. Never in my life have I had an experience like that at a harveys and whats even worse is I feel like she may have been a manager.
